Volunteers Needed

HALT (Help Animals Lives Today) is in desperate need for Volunteers includes Community Service Workers: 

 1.We need Volunteer Drivers to transport the animals to the Helen Woodward Center located in Southern California and other surrounding areas.  Must have valid Drivers License.  All  expenses paid by HALT.

 2. Vet Visits - take animals to Local Vets when required.

 3. Help Feed Animals plus Clean Dog and/or Cat Kennels

 4.  Dog Training on Saturday mornings 9 to 10 a.m. plus Socialize/Walk Dogs during the week 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 5.  Foster Care HALT Animals - find out how you can help Foster our animals!

 6.  Office/Secretarial - computer knowledge helpful.

 7.  Answer Phones - take messages!

 8.  Help Bathe/Groom Animals

 9.  Public Speaking at events in and around area.

10. Event Coordinating and Planning

11. Fund Raisers

12. Membership  & Volunteer Drive

13.  Attend and Help at HALT Events includes Yard Sales

14.  PETCO Volunteer - includes Saturday or Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

15.  Photos of animals

16.  Attend Monthly HALT meetings and get updates on what is happening at HALT.

If you have any suggestions on how you can help that is not listed above, please feel free to let us know how you can help at the HALT Sanctuary!  We need your HELP! If you cannot attend any of the above functions please feel free to donate to our organization.
