HALT (Help Animals Lives Today) is a non-profit organization and we are a 501(c) (3)  that is located in Kingman, AZ.  Founder is Lotti Benker, President and HALT is a 24/7 animal care sanctuary. 

HALT survives on Volunteers, Donations and Adoption Fees.  These Adoption Fees which include medical fees does not cover the cost of Veterinary Fees. In addition to Veterinary Fees there is the cost of feeding the animals, grooming, and transporting animals to and from the Veterinarians Office.  HALT also transports animals to no- kill shelters.

HALT's primary function is to save animals and to place the animals in loving homes.  If you would like to help us please donate now! We need your financial support to feed and care for the pets in our facility and appreciate your kindness. 

HALT is in need of a low mileage, late model van 3/4 ton or 1 ton with A/C.  HALT transports animals to local vets and also to no-kill adoption centers in AZ, CA and NV.  If you have or know of someone who would like  to donate a van  we are a 501(c)(3) and a no-kill animal shelter located in Kingman, AZ.  We would certainly appreciate any help that you can give us!
