Help Animals Lives Today relies solely on community, regional, and national support for the initiation and expansion of our projects. As HALT is designated as a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, all of your contributions are tax deductible. We appreciate your financial and personal contributions. Donations are what keeps our sanctuary going and gives us the opportunity to help all the animals that come through our program. Because of the generous nature of people like yourself, we have been able to rehabilitate and re-home many animals into wonderful new families as companions. This type of volunteer work is not without its heartaches. We have seen animals that have been victims of terrible abuse, starvation and total neglect but we keep plugging along as our commitment is deep and relentless – WE WILL ALL MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF THESE ANIMALS. Your donation, of any amount, is truly appreciated. We cannot thank you enough for searching your heart and finding that your heart has led you in our direction.

Memorial Program

Honor the life of a deceased family member or special four-legged friend that has enriched your life. Recognize a birthday, anniversary or just a special event you shared with someone. You can acknowledge these special times in your life by giving a donation to Help Animals Lives Today Animal Sanctuary in their name. The recipient, if appropriate, will know you were thinking of him or her by giving to our charitable organization. And both of you will have the satisfaction of knowing that your gift has truly made a difference in the lives of the animals at HALT.

Donate Time: We always need Volunteers.

Donate Animal supplies: Dog and Cat food, stainless steel water bowls, cleaning supplies, kennel cages or crates, blankets, toys.

Donate Security: Electronic gate locks, Surveillance cameras, surveillance equipment.

Donate Equipment: Truck or Van.

Donate Kennel supplies: Wet/dry shop vac, pressure washer, hoses, screen and shade material, mister systems, 6' chain link fencing materials, swamp cooler, refrigerator.

Donate Office Supplies: Copy paper, printer ink cartridges, postage stamps.

Donate Services: Legal, Veterinary, vehicle maintenance, pet photography

Bequests

One of the simplest ways to make a gift to us is through your will. Help Animals Lives Today can be made the direct beneficiary of specific assets. Bequests are entirely free from federal estate tax and therefore offer substantial savings. There is no limit to the amount you can leave to Help Animals Lives Today.

Gifts of Real Estate

By making a gift of property you would avoid a sizeable capital gains tax and receive a charitable deduction for the full fair market value of your property. An independent appraisal is required by the IRS. You may also donate your home, farm or vacation home to Help Animals Lives Today now and retain the right to use it for your lifetime. You would receive the income tax deduction once your property is deeded to us.

Save & Donate Printer Ink Cartridges & Cell Phones

Recycle your used laser and ink jet printer cartridges & cell phones to help fund H.A.L.T.'s Rescue, Adoption and Spay/Neuter Programs AND be a friend to the environment!! H.A.L.T. has signed up for a program that pays $CASH$ for the cartridges & cell phones. All recycle materials can be turned in at H.A.L.T. meetings. Sorry, Epson ink cartridges are not accepted by the recycle company.
